REAL ESTATE: The Westchester Marriott Hotel On White Plains Road In Tarrytown Has Been Sold For $40 million

TARRYTOWN: The Westchester Marriott Hotel on White Plains Road  has been sold for $40 million to  a group of three different entities.

The hotel has a 9,000-square foot ballroom with a total capacity of 1,100 people. as well as, the Ruth’s Chris Steak House, a gift shop, fitness center and spa.

The new owners plan a $30-million renovation and will continue to use the Marriott name
