MAMARONECK: Former Town Supervisor Nancy Seligson, Endorses Robert Zimmerman For Congress

2022 ELECTIONS: Nancy Seligson, the former Supervisor of the Town of Mamaroneck, has Long Island businessman Robert Zimmerman for Congress.

Mamaroneck Mayor Tom Murphy has also endorsed Zimmerman’s campaign for Congress.

Previously, the 3rd District of NY had always been a Long Island congressional district, until the recent redistricting made it a Long Island and Westchester County (Sound Shore) district

The current Congressman, Rep. Tom Suozzi, is running for Governor so it is an open seat.

In Westchester, State Senator Allesandra Biaggi has given up her senate seat to run in this district for Congress.

Last month, Biaggi received the endorsement from Westchester Congressman Jamaal Bowman.

In issuing her endorsement, Nancy Seligson said, “I am enthusiastically supporting Robert Zimmerman's candidacy for Congress because I trust that he will stand up and fight for the Long Island Sound communities that make up this new district.
