BEDFORD: Fox Lane High School Is Investigating After Photos Of Special Needs Students Using Bathroom Appear On The Internet

TOWN OF BEDFORD (WESTCHESTER COUNTY) NY: A group of parents of children with special needs at Fox Lane High School are considering legal action against the Bedford Central School District 

CHILD PORN ACCUSATIONS: At least four male students at the high school this school year had their pictures taken by other students while using the bathroom at school and then illegally posted the photos on social media.

There had been previous reports that in March that students were recording students with special needs at the urinals.

It is unclear if the school districts mandated reporters informed New York state of the sexual abuse.
